Traverse systems for LCM printers

SABO develops, supplies and integrates Large Character Marking printers (LCM) traverse systems for printing durable, high-quality codes, bar codes and graphics on cardboard boxes in different directions, according the customer necessities.

These traverse systems are based on sliding tables with 24 VDC step motor controlled. By means of an industrial plc the application manages the different automation functions of the printing process.

Up to 20 cycles per minute (package format 350mm).
Displacement in 1 axis (others upon request).
Pneumatic box braking system during the printing process.
